Weems Enterprises LLC uses Google Analytics only if you allow optional analytics. It measures page views, engagement, referral sources and interactions such as service links, approach panels and email-link clicks. Email clicks indicate interest; they do not confirm that you sent an inquiry.

Google Analytics uses cookies and device/browser information to produce reports. We disable advertising personalization and Google signals. We do not send your Ask Weems text, email message contents or names to Analytics. Page addresses sent by our tracking exclude query strings and fragments; referral addresses are reduced to the referring website’s origin.

Your choice

Analytics does not load before you allow it. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. Your choice is stored on this browser for up to six months. Withdrawing consent stops further tracking and removes this site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already collected. We respect the browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by leaving Analytics off.

Our hosting providers may process basic connection, security and operational data to deliver and protect the website, regardless of your optional analytics choice.

Contacting us

When you submit Ask Weems, we store your contact details, company, website, request and contact preferences to respond and evaluate a potential engagement. Your business question is sent to OpenAI to prepare a short summary; the application does not send the separate name, email, company or website fields to OpenAI. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in your question. AI output may be inaccurate and is not a completed business assessment. We use Google Workspace to deliver inquiry notifications and acknowledgments. Optional email-draft links send nothing until you choose to send the draft.

Storage and follow-up

Inquiry records are stored with our website hosting service. Access is limited to authorized business administration. We review unconverted inquiries for deletion 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless an engagement, legal obligation or legal hold requires longer retention. Email copies are also considered during that review. Deletion is not currently automatic. Optional growth updates require a separate choice; you may opt out by emailing us. OpenAI and Google may retain service and security records under their own policies. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied.
